Their accounts are probably 2016 or earlier. When RobTop created his whitelist, he essentially made a setting of "before 2016 = good, after = bad" due to the massive number of users who submit stolen music. They may also have been put on the whitelist manually. RobTop does on occasion add newer users if they can verify they made everything themselves/are popular enough.
and,how do i verify i made the song? btw,GDSharkz is from 2017
Newgrounds is not RobTop Games, you'd have to contact the developer
